The simple answer is that we are real people, creating real food using only the highest quality ingredients. This is what we put on our family table every day and we would like to do the same for you. We would like to share our globally inspired cooking style whilst providing a high quality and meaningful service. By doing so, we can continue to do what we love, cooking delicious healthy meals that you’ll crave and delivering them right to your door.

Harding's Kitchen was established in 2018 and we have a combined catering experience of 25 years.

Nutrition & Produce

A delicious menu, changing weekly, created by our team of experienced chefs, built with your health, wellbeing and convenience at the forefront of our minds
We use an abundance of superfoods across our menus such as turmeric, chia, spices, matcha, goji, ginger and more
Our carbohydrates are always whole and unrefined
We use mostly Irish organic vegetables when in season, supplemented by the best of local produce
We use whole organic grains, rice and pasta where possible
We only use pure nut and seed oils and a limited amount of Irish dairy produce
We use only Irish organic salmon, Goat’s bridge Seatrout and sustainable fish in our fish dishes.
Our sauces, dressings and healthy snacks are all made from scratch by our team of passionate chefs
We use Irish free range chicken when available, supplemented by Irish chicken taken off the bone in house by our skilled chefs.
